Ecuador Provides a Valley of Longevity for Beyond 2012

One of my favourite sites is Natural News. Mike Adams also known as the Health Ranger, moved to Vilcambamba in Ecuador. He has put together a wonderful article and image gallery with video about living in this Eden.

If you are looking for places to live beyond 2012 then this has got to be on your shortlist. It’s called the The Valley of Longevity for a reason.

The highlights of living here include:

• Perfect climate year-round: great for growing vegetables, fruits and medicinal plants every day of the year.

• Low cost of living: Buying land and building a home here is really affordable, and costs far less than building in the U.S., Panama, Costa Rica or almost anywhere.

• Food and water security: This valley provides abundant food and water, creating real food security for those living here. Almost all the gardening here is organic, non-GMO gardening.

• Safety from Western nations: Concerned about where the U.S. is headed? Want to escape the madness of living in a Western nation and find peace, freedom and health in a community where other visionary multinationals are settling? Vilcabamba is the place.

There is much more to Vilcabamba in the Andes Mountains of Ecuador than being a so-called “hidy-hole” and survival location. It’s simply one of the healthiest places on the whole planet.

In the native Quechua tongue of the indigenous people here, Vilcabamba means “Sacred Valley”. More popularly, Vilcabamba is known in Ecuador as the “Valley of the Ancients”. It is one of the three places on the planet where the people are the longest lived … AND … they are among the healthiest people on earth!

In case you’re wondering, the other two healthiest place on Earth are the Valley of the Hunzas in Pakistan and another small valley in the Caucasas mountains between Georgia and Russia. A significant portion of the populations in these three valleys live to be a hundred or more years of age . Thus, they are known as the Three Valleys of Longevity. There simply are no healthier places to be found – anywhere.

Here in this far distant and hard-to-find ‘Shangri La’ called Vilcabamba lives a population that is said to be one of the most long-lived of any people on earth. Theirs is a way of life that allows them to still be active and vital in their old age.

How do we account for this longevity? What is it that they do that most of the rest of the world does not? Have they discovered some magic elixir of life that is unknown to the rest of us? To discover the answer, visit http://www.valleyoflongevity.com. You will be delighted you did.
